Unhappy Why can't I make up my mind!?!?!

OK, I have come to the realization that I have too many cars and that I want too many more. Does anyone else have this problem?

I currently have an R100, RX-2, RX-3 SP, and a sad 1st gen RX-7. These are my "project cars". I now realize that they will never all get done because I will end up getting more and more cars in my backyard untill I can't see my back fence anymore. So here is my problem: I know I need to get rid of some of them.

I think I want to keep the RX-3 and maybe the R100. I think the RX-3 would be really nice to put a TII in and use to blow away little Civics. I really don't know why I want to keep the R100. Is it because they are rare and my brain thinks that I want a rare car in my backyard or is it because they are very light and would be alot of fun to put a TII in and drive around?

I think the RX-2 would be a nice car to put a 13b NA in and just use to cruise around town in. The RX-7 is going to go because it needs too much body work and I really don't know why I bought it in the first place. My true love is a 3rd gen and someday I will get one. So I guess my question to you all is which one(s) of these would you keep? The ones that you would get rid of, would you sell whole(how much do you think they are worth?) or would you part them out?

Sorry if this is kinda long. I don't like to break up a family but I just don't think I have the time or funds to restore them ALL!

Later,
Josh Gesler

7 has gotta go, no questions asked.

Personally, I would keep all of the rest, but I am a freak, not quite unlike yourself

Garage the R100, sell the 2 and the 7, and build the RX-3.

Keep the R100. Mod it a bit, but keep it as a nice daily driver at the same time. Those cars are just so damn cool!! Plus rare.

The RX-3 would be nice to keep and modify to make a seriously powerful 1/4 mile car out of... aka NZ and AUS style.

RX-2 and RX-7 can go without even thinking twice in my opinion.

I suffer from the same ailment that plagues you. I have (2) RX2's bodies, 2dr and 4dr. Both in excellent condition as well as a 69 Datsun 510 with a street ported 13B.

That’s what I call an addiction to rotary (rotaholic). As I wrote once in a term paper, “My curiosity became an addiction for speed.” Im glad someone brought this up. Now I don’t feel bad. I have an RX-2, RX-3, 85 GSL, 83 GSL and now Im picking up a stock 87 GSL for free. I think I should buy another house in the Northern Los Angeles are to accommodate all my cars. Maybe Little Rock, next to LACR.

i was going through the same decision about two months ago. i decided to keep the r100 and the FD. prior to that i bascily sold the rest of the stable.... now i am just sitting with the R100 and the FD and all my time can get devoted to them instead of funds and time flying all over the place and nothing realy getting acomplished. my rx2 sat for almost a year with out me doing anything labor wise to it. i did buy a buch of stuff and *planned* on doing it... but time is limited...
