What RX3 air dam is this?

I am trying to figure what air dam this is on this car.

Anybody happen to have an idea?

All help is appreciated.

I'm going to be honest and say that I think that was homemade.
I've never seen anything like it before.
Simple sheet metal and some bending and that can be done easy.

it's not home made,but i don't remember the manufacturer or if they even still exist,a friend had one on his 3 many years ago.

It's definitely not homemade, I have one in fiberglass, and it's untainted. I'm just trying to figure out who makes it.
