thermal reactor for 6-port 13b?
Is there a thermal reactor that will bolt up to a 6-port 13b? Maybe the thermal reactor from an old 4-port 13b, will that fit? My '74 REPU has an '86 rx7 13b in it. I will need to get it to pass emissions in a few months and figured that the easiest thing would be a thermal reactor since that is all the truck had originally. My other option is to put an airpump and cat on but I think that would be more restrictive.
The thermal reactor is MUCH MUCH more restrictive than a cat.
I don't think it'd work... even if you worked out how to control when the air was routed to the various different places, you'd need to have the earlier rotor housings for the proper injection holes.
Just throw a cat and an airpump on it and be done with it.

OK, thanks. I didn't realize a thermal reactor was that restrictive. I already have an airpump so I guess I will head over to the local exhaust shop and find me a cat.
