Hehe, almost! Hopefully the lose ends will be ready for grinding, and I have build a tool to do the 5mm keyway (spelling?) by my self :)

I will continue to the end, hehe... Or til all hope is gone! :D

Have started on the big end's inside of the lose lobs. Sorry for my bad english, don't know realy what the name's are for things :) But you'll understand by the pictures I hope :D

As you can see they are about 10mm to long, just to keep the key-grip. With the keygrip I know where to put the holes and so on, without indicate on the lobe.

that's awesome, would you consider making and selling more of these e-shafts? You could make some money doing it if your project is successful, which it looks like it will be.

I don't have any plans on doing more than one E-shaft. One reason is the many hours it takes to make one with all the different operations. But the future will maybe change :D

No more updates yet. Have to wait a couple of days to get the looong oil-hole trough the main shaft drilled by a friend. Don't have so long drills at my place.
