The 2nd and 3rd rotor are going to fire at the same time? From the first drawings it looks as if your going to do a 1324 deal? Or am i misunderstanding the first cuts?

its insane how that works is the shaft centered on the machine or does it get changed where the 4 holes are on the one end? nice prompt progress makes me keep cheacking for updates |

One for the center, and one for each 90deg. I don't be needing two of them I relalized after, but they aren't in the way so :)
