hate to say it.... but at this point there is little hope that either of my rotors will make the trip. chances are I'll be getting 32 mpg in my girls car... (note the grill emblem in 2nd pic....yea, I wish!!) or perhaps driving one of my customers cars??? (evo8 or vG30 510 wagon) but not a vintage RX.... shucks. but I'll be there!! we got rooms at the hilton.

I definitely want to go, but if gas is like $4 per gallon I may have to reconsider taking the '2 down. At that rate it would probably be cheaper to fly.

This will be my 4th SS event. There is nothing like it!.. If youre a rotorhead this is a must go event. YOu will not be disappointed. Say Hi to me too...

I'll be there, my 2nd Gen's rebuild will be done in time to make the trip. It'd probably be cheaper to fly, but oh well, you're only young and stupid once

 

Yup... folks from Norway, Sweden, England, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand will all be in the house at SS-8...

yup... first time. What time you guys suggest on getting there? I heard it gets packed even before they start letting people in.

 

People line up before the organizers even get there Usually 6AM! The main lot is where you want to be. Keep in mind though.. Once you're in you're in. Cars aren't released till after 2pm and that's with an escort.
