RX4 12A 6mm Carbon Apex Springs

I'm look for a set of apex springs for a 1973 RX4 12A with 6mm carbon apex tips.

The part number I have for them is 1011 11 304A but Mazda are telling me that they are no longer available. Can someone help me find some please

Yeah thats them Some of mine have gone a funny shape and the others are very weak. I've got a new set of tips but can't get hold of the springs. Where can I buy new springs?

Mazda USA has 1501 of the 1011-11-304B springs in stock, so any US Mazda dealership can get em.

I have checked part number 1011-11-304B but it would appear that this number relates to 3mm springs for a RX7 12A.

Can someone confirm this please?

the part number you mention in post #1, is 1011-11-304A, which superceeds to 1011-11-304B

Yes but if you look up that part number on google it shows them at RX7 12A springs which are springs for 3mm Carbon tips and won't work with the 6mm apex seals.

This is the actual part number which it superceeds to 0839-11-304

Can you check that number for me please?

0839-11-304 is the 6mm 12A seal spring, NLA, it doesn't appear to superceed to or from any other number.

the 3mm 12A carbon tip seal spring is a 4352-11-304

the 3mm 12A iron seal is the 1011-11-304B

as an aside we didn't get a 12A in the Rx4 in the us

Just use 3mm 12A rotors. Although I think Atkins has a bunch of 6mm seals left over.
