RX3 wheel clearance ....
Ok, I put my 15" wheel on the rx3 and when I turn the steering wheel they rub on the front fenders... The wheels are 15x8 with a 0 offset... I am running 195/50/15 on them... Any ideas on how to fix this... I think either spring coils were cut or it has rx7 front shocks absorber...

i think you're probably 1 inch too wide for the front, even with standard springs.
pretty sure coupes can handle 8's on the rear with the perfect offset.
+25mm offset is about spot on.
i have a sedan, front is exactly the same as coupes. the rear of sedans has this nasty little step up inside the guard.
i have 16 x 7.5's on mine, with castor blocks pulling the struts forward a bit.
the guards have been lipped and cut a tiny bit at the front of the arch. nothing drastic, looks stock. (pics of my 3 sedan in my profile album) the wheels rub on the sway bar when on full lock, don't touch the guards. not sure how much it has been lowered probably an inch and a half.
i think you're always going to get rubbing on suspension bits, guards you can avoid, but i think you're pushing it with that width.
