I went to a wrecking yard today, found a Rx3 Wagon there. I was wondering if I could be able to use anything off of it for my Rx2. I was thinking about the crossmember, but I dont know. Does anyone have any ideas?

 

here's an idea. how about getting the rear axles (both sides) and sell it to me.

 

I'm still trying to get in touch with my friend with the RX2 to get that front brace measurement for you. The e-mail I sent him was returned as undelivered mail. I'll see if I can dig up his phone # today and give him a call. The RX3 wagon probably won't have any parts that will interchange with your RX2, except maybe some of the hydraulic parts. Where is this junkyard with the RX3 wagon?

 

Are you speaking of the engine cross member? I think I sent you a picture of one - did I? If so, snag it up it will fit your 2. The trans cross member may be the same as well. Good find.
