Hey guys,

Anyone know where I can source an RX2 idler arm? I'm searching the globe and not finding anything.

The word from Oz is that they can't even get RHD parts now, let alone LHD. NZ is no good either.

I am in the UK, but have LHD cars from Belgium. There's nothing in Europe as well.

Anyone know?

Can they be repaired or am I gonna have to get a custom one made. If I do go custom, I will make more than one and flog the rest.

I have a buddy here in the states that parting an rx2 out I'll ask him if he still got it.

Cheers for that. I have seen references to them on the forum. They don't seem to list anything but I emailed them the ither day anyway. They didn't respond so I started posting on the forum.

I can't believe that you can't get them. I've got a buddy in Belgium who's checking in Japan but it doesn't look good.

I have them, and I PM'ed you.

 

This is where I had mine rebuilt. Just mail them your old Idler arm and they will rebuild the ball joint. It's pretty costly due to the labor involved. I paid like 200 dollars.

 

Sourced a brand new one. Thanks.
