how the hell do i get that huge bolt off the back of the engine?? thanks anyone.
its a 13b from a 85 gsl se

2 1/8" craftsman socket. Its a big *****....and most shops won't have it. Best to go to Sears and buy yer own. OSH may have 'em also....but since you be above the 49th parallel...I would check at your local big name tool supply house.

+1 go to sears and get the socked and the breaker bar also a flyweel holder so the flywheel don't turn and a long flat bar with pre drilled holes to bolt to the flywheel to keep the motor flat and steady on it's stomach

I've never had a problem breaking the flywheel nut loose with a 1/2" impact. I've had more trouble breaking the e-shaft bolt loose with the permanent Locktite that the factory uses, even though it's only torqued to 90 lb/ft.
