I know Entex made models of the RX-2, RX-3, RX-4, and RX-5/Cosmo becuase I've seen them on ebay. They are very high quality 1/20 scale models. Ive also seen some r100 diecast ones on Ebay as well.

Yes, check Ebay. There are models and diecasts of those. I have 2 of the working rotary engine.

I did a search and surprisingly I didn't find and diecasts other than on the 7. This is the only model of rx3 tho. There's usually several. Never seen an rx4 model, only 2s,3s, 7s and the early cosmo.

I've seen two Entex RX-4 models on Ebay, and both went for around $150+. There are many many different RX-3 models, in various scales. I've seen them on Ebay in 1/32, 1/24, and 1/20 scales. The Entex RX-5 is actually pretty common on Ebay. I bet I've seen 9 different ones on there.

Here are some various completed items:

I have a Nichimo 1/24th scale model of the "Savannah GT" (RX3), and a 1/20th scale RX3 model by an unknown manufacturer (wasn't in a box when it was given to me.) The box art from the Nichimo kit is my avatar.

there are literally thousands of die cast and plastic model kits available for all model rx's. from cosmo 110s sport to s8 rx7. companies like kyosho, fujimi, tomica, tamiya and even matchbox have done versions. the links i have arent working at the moment but if you do a search some sites list off nearly all plus catalogue numbers if you ever want to order (if still available) and pics. some first run model kits in japan such as rx2 or rx4 can go for thousands but most (rx3 is most popular) have reissues or new versions that can be had for as little as 20 dollars. will keep trying the link....

I bought my RX-2 model off eBay for $75 3 years ago. It's assembled and painted bright yellow, just like my real RX-2.

There is a huge market in Japan... each month heaps of new models and old re-productions are released, anything of interest at all is available - even specific cars at a certain race if you look around.
