Hey Dave-Don't know if you have this book or not. buy if you don't you MUST get it. Complete history of original Cosmo and R130 Luce (RX-87) as well as early Rx-7. Incredible old photos of developement of the Cosmo including wooden mockups of the Cosmo. A great photo of a 1960s Luce/R130 Rotary SEDAN (1 of 1). The list goes on. Sometimes Amazon will have a used copy for sale. Mazda Rotary Sports by Neko Publishing. Currently of of print but used copies sometime pop up.

There are 3 complete grills there, I actually have them out because i have been thinking about selling them, granted they are not the best in the world they are OK shape.... but they are real R100 grills with all 3 parts.

They were kind of like a bonus with a wrecked R100 we picked up, car was stuffed full of parts, we got it home popped open the trunk and holy crap batman there were 3 grills that had been floating around in there getting banged up.

but back on topic, on the manuals crit and I are going to work on getting some of these posted.

I know that I for one would love to get a copy of the european rx5 manual as I have a J-spec car that is has unusual stuff i can't find part numbers for.

I sure wished these part catalogue links worked for rx3s! Trying to find some stuff but mazda doesn't even have the original books or electronic versions anymore. Finding some parts is proving quite hard. -_-

In personally in need of a new pitman/idler arm for mine and this apparently isn't easy! Found a pitman arm in aus land but the idler won't work due to rhd (at least from what I can tell)

well hope i'm not cutting in on someone stuff , but if you know someone with a little machine equipment that someone could either rebuild and make better than new or make one , it doesn't need to look exactly the same so long as the holes are all in the right spot and functions the same .. Look at most of the after market (( jobber stuff )) a lot of it is much different in shape but does the same thing .. Dont know what kinda laws there are with repairing steering components if any ,, that would be my only fear . just a thought ..
