RX-2 Defroster Vents

I've seen it discussed on vintagerotaries, but of course that's not doing anyone here any good. Is there any source for the defroster vents that seem so happy falling to pieces in the dash?

I heard somewhere in Australia has them, but not sure on the specifics.
