wtf man u must be out of your mind. have u ever been to the east coast? like florida and newjersey? ALso new zealand's fastest rotary only runs about a 8.8 i think. in the east coast we got nitrous rotarys running mid to high 8's and turbo ones running high 7's and low 8's. central florida is another puerto rico in rotary scene

Maybe in speed in the quarter, but you will be hard pressed to find so many show quality cars in either florida, jersey, or puerto rico. The attention to detail in those cars is second to none. Awesome cars out there!
