rotary in a formula vee

has anyone put a 12A or a 13B into a Formula Vee? it would only make sense since there are adapter plates to mount rotaries to the Beetles.

i've seen the formula vee's race and with the 65hp or whatever they have they move. Just imagine with a 200hp ported rotary. its just another silly idea that i've been batting around in my head.

I actually researched that, and the idea is awesome. I found a site that sells the adapter 13b to VW tranny. I realized that Vee will never be what my TII is now, so I kind of dropped it. I mean, you can stick a 454 inside a YUGO if you want to go wild.

a 454 in a Yugo would only be good in a straight line. But I'm sure there wouldn't be much that would be able to take a 13B-Vee around the auto-x course.
