Rotary Engineering Dual Intake

So over the weekend I was at buddy house helping him with car, when he told me to open closet he had full of part. When i opened it i saw this weird looking intake and carb setup. I am not a weber guy(am a Holley Guy) i saw this and i wanted it so i made a deal with him and it came home with me. I wanna how goods this setup is. It from the long gone company of Rotary Engineering... it a Dual Weber 36 DCD setup for a 4 port 13B. Looking for info on it. Thanks

i've noticed these things changing hands quite frequently but haven't heard of anyone actually running one. i'd be interested in trying one out on mine.

I have had a couple of these over the years... if you get them right, they make tons of power. Maybe even more that the Holley

I had a set a while back. They liked to flood under braking or when my car was pointed downhill. Gotta get the floats just right.

My buddy has that setup on his SA 12A. Very nice intake carb combo. It works really well and is very smooth. Makes decent power too. I still have to go over the carbs and tune it a bit for him sometime. I would hold on to that setup, or sell it to me..... I could use more carb for my Rx-4.....

Hopefully it gets approved. I really want to keep it but I can't run semi-PP with this setup with out modifying the intake, which am not gonna do.
