REPU 13b - a what is it worth thread
I really hate to make this kind of thread but I've found myself in over my head. Last summer I bought an FB that has a REPU engine swapped into it. Long story short, I dumped a bunch of time and effort into getting the thing running decent only to eat an apex seal on the rear rotor. I really don't want to have this project beat me but in order to finance a replacement engine, I need to get a decent amount for this one. Every rotorhead I talk to seems to think that these old 13bs are worth something, is there any truth to this or is it just hearsay?
Here are some pictures of the engine in question:
Compression Numbers are 90 90 90 on the front and 30 20 20 on the rear, looking inside the L sparkplug hole you can see a missing piece on one of the apex seals.
Thanks for any advice.

Yeah the housings and rotors are worth money them selfs...Reason being is because they have the water seal grooves on the housings like the gsl-se housings and have a large exhaust ports...I would love to have a pair myself, as I'am always looking...The plates and the other parts are eh what ever...but the housings, rotors, and eshaft are monies...And if the there not all chewed up or damaged from the seals you can get $300 alone for them just by them self depending on there condition vs. trying to sell the whole motor which no body wants anyways...
