I picked up a complete '74 engine and want to tear it down over xmas and possibly start a rebuild or Dr. Frankenstein it , depending on what I find . It isn't seized and has the starter, 4 sp tranny, oil cooler , etc. . ( everything but the car!)

Any recommendations for the best rebuild dvd out there ??? This will be my first engine tear down.
