Based on the rarity of the vehicle, 5K is a very fair price. In So Cal if you can find one they sell for upwards of 9K in good condition.

Can't be that rare there were 22 bids & high bid was $2550.A mint white R100 just sold on ebay for under 6k.One of my fellow Ole skoolers hea on Long Island picked it up.If thats the case why not buy it for his reserve of 5300 and make a 3700 profit?

As Rx7up pointed out. Your friend bought a 1300. There will always be exceptions to the rule, but I can guarantee you the car is worth every penny of 5K. Once again, clean well taken care of R100's fetch as much as 9K in So Cal. And, I would by the car, as I have bought and sold more cars in the last year than most people own in there lifetime. You have even dropped a couple of lowball bids on some of my old school cars on ebay. Bottom line is that one is not worth my time and effort. Got any other links?

Hey listen I'm on your side.As far as I'm concerned I hope EVERYBODY on this board who has an Ole Skoolie to sell gets Top Dollar for it, that's the reason I place bids on every Ole skool Rotary that come up on ebay.I'm very aware of what these cars fetch.I follow every rotary that comes up on ebay.I am 39 and have owned Dozens & Dozens of 2's,3's,4's,5's&7's!! **** I want to be buried in My Deuce! More Links to come.........

Thats a 2500-3k car. Its not worth 5k at all. I have had 2-3 chances in the last 2 years to buy cars just like that one for under 3k.
