R100 rear brake wheel cylinder.

Does anybody know if a mazda 323 or 1st gen RX7 wheel cylinder is interchangable with a 1971 Mazda R100?

79-80 RX-7 or a RWD GLC are good candidates since the thread pitch are the same. Other than that, I dont know.
