Possible 13B 1976 52k org. miles, anyone interested??

It looks like I may have one of these for sale, its a 1976 Rx-4 engine 13B, and has 52,348 orignial miles on it. Its coming out of my Rx-4, has good compression, and rotates nice. Seems to be in near mint shape. I dont have any pics yet, just kinda feeling out how much they are worth in this condition. Thanks

questions??????

Regarding the motor.....whats included.... does it run...does it smoke when started....does it start easily.... is the intake,carb,exhaust manifold included.... will you crate and ship....

and finally....Why are you selling this motor?

I am havent finalized exactly how it will be sold. But most likely it will be the entire long block, with intake, carb, distributer, wires, flywheel, clutch, and exhaust manifold. I still need to go through it and see how good it runs, I just picked up the car, and I am towing it to my house next week. I am selling it all due to the fact I am putting in a 13B-RE motor, and converting to N/a high compression and fuel injection. I want her car to be quick and fire up easily in very cold weather. I am more than willing to crate it up and ship it out. I may also be selling the tranny if a T2 one will work. That will be found out in a couple weeks. But I will let you know sometime next week on the results of startup.

Okay I fired it up two days ago, took a little motivating, and a frew fresh gallons of gas in the tank, but once the old fuel was out of its system it started up. I then had my "old school pro" father take a look at it, and he found the points to adjusted incorectly, and a hot wire to the leading coil not hooked up, the second time it fired up MUCH easier. I keep it runing until operatiing temp. No smoke, no leaking coolant seals. It ran nice, and ALMOST idled on its own. With a few more times of running this could be corrected. It had fresh oil in it, bright green coolant, no rust in the system. The air filter is near new too. Someone took real good care of it. 52,XXX miles on the motor and it shows. The compression with a near dead battery showed 80 psi front and rear with the peak hold valve. Would do 90+ with a fresh battery.
I am asking $800 for the full long block, and will consider parting it out.

The clutch looks like its been recently replaced as well, and engaged nicely.
