That's a S10 front sway bar, and it's most flate in the turns. The sturt is 2nd gen but the spring and top bearing is RX4, rewarped the spring to fit the smaller end thing.

Cost, almost zip, why, do my own welding, the doner car was free, Steel Co is where I get my metal by the 20 ft lenth or the scrap bin buy the lb. and that is the best way to buy metal

Man thats awesome, so could you give us a general idea of how much was involved with this? Did you just kind of adapt things as you went along? Was there a lot of shortening needed to bolt it to the frame rails? What was needed to swap in the rack and pinion? Want to make a conversion kit? []

Not shore what you mean by "SHORTENING" . The front mount and alu A arm was to long and I would had to cut drrp into the floor bord to make room. so this mounting frame and A arms was the solution to the problem. Still useses the stoch mounting points on the rails to hold the frame. Just lot of time and followed the rules for front end geomatree (spelling ?) This was planed out long befor any cutting was done, all in the head and some chalk marks on the work bunch
