I think this is from an RX-3 or possibly R-100.

Hey, I have that exact same steering wheel. I got it off a B-1600 I found in the wrecking yard but I wasnt 100% certain where it originally came from. A friend said he thought RX3 wagon, I am pretty certain it isnt R100 though.

 

looks good tough. alot better than the RX2 steering wheels.
