Need help with 76 mazda cosmo

Hey so i bought this 1976 Mazda cosmo about a week ago. The carb is all fucked up. Cleaned it and its still not getting any fuel in the motor. I have a old nikki of my rx 7 before i fuel injected it. Is there any mounting plate i could buy for a nikki or a weber?

No mounting plate needed.
Just carefully mark new holes for the studs, drill and tap them and bolt on the Nikki.
I do have an old complete Hitachi if your interested, shoot me a PM.
The biggest issue with the Hitachi is the accelerator pump.
Did you buy the red one owner one?
Post pics!

How did this go? Does the cosmo run now? The 76 has a really cool reverse flow intake manifold. The small runners (primaries) actually feed the end plates, while the larger secondary throttles feed the center plate.

I got my cosmo running dumping gas down the carb but I’ve gotta rebuild the hitachi to get it running on its own.

I sold it about 2 or 3 month ago. My parents were really pressuring me to sell it or they would take it to the junk yard. Had a awful time selling the car. but i did get it running for a little bit before it would stall. i took the carb off my rx 7 and threw it on there. in the end that wasn't the issue the gas tank was completely screwed sitting with 5 year old gas in it. i over payed for it and sold it at a lost still kinda pissed about it. glad yours is doing good those rebuild kits are weird. The parts were not the same one my carb.
