I've been looking! and actually found the front already from a US coupe with the valance and turn signals. Someone is brining it to me when they come out for seven stock this month. The rear is going to be a bit tougher to find.

edit: what make the rear difficult is that it has to come from the Australian 929 wagon. ..they did'nt get the Luce (RX-4) wagon over there.

Friggin Sweeeet!!!

Friggin sweet dude! I'm kinda curious though, why did you decide to run the intake plumbing the way you did? It seems like it could have been routed further away from the extremeties to give you a lower intake volume. I don't know, maybe you have other plans for that space

Also, I have a '75 Rx4 sedan that shares a lot of bits and pieces with your wagon. If you are considering throwing anything away, let me know first... Please :-D It's pretty hard to find parts for these things any more... again with the Hidden Valley Wrecking sob story

Can't wait to see this thing at 7stock.

Thanks. Basically for more room. As you can now see in the pics, the oil filter, coils, overflow tank, and air filter needed room. Thats part of the reason I decided to go with 2.5" diameter pipes.

I need to get rid of a few things:
Stock rear end with leafs
Stock seats
stock front suspension
Lightweight steel flywheel for early 13b (used)

Theres probably more.

To me it looks like you have your fuel filter on backwards.

Looks like a lot of fun !

Me too. My rear end is going out on my RX-4 and I'm going to be changing it soon. Any help would be appreciated.

It's a stock GSL-SE filter...take a look at the first picture on the last set that I posted. If you look closely you can see the word OUT on the side of the filter.

I will put up some more pics of the rear end in a few days...it should be done soon, so hopefully the pics will be of the finished product. The rear end is out of a 68' mustang which had to be shortened 1" on each side. If I had to do it over again I would have found an earlier (I forget the years) housing which is more narrow. I'm sure info on 8" Ford housings can be found easily.

The rear end is just about done...just waiting for brake lines and parking brake cable. I was able to turn the motor over enough to make oil pressure today, and hopefully tomorrow will be firing it up
as promised, here are more pics, enjoy:

I messed up on my first post of this thread where I stated that the firewall was moved back 9". What I meant to say was that the engine was moved back 9", which is actually estamated... I forgot to measure the stock config.
Maybe one of you guys with a RX-4 can do me a favor and measure from the firewall to something...maybe the back of the alternator? Thanks.
