My RX4 Projects
Have two RX4s that I will be working on in addition to the FD.
The first is a '75 sedan. Bought it for 600 bucks and drove it home. It was a complete car, but has quite a bit of rust due to the canvas top, and because it came from Oregon. Right now this car is on the back burner while I work on the other two projects.
The second is a '74 Coupe. Bought it about 6 months back and have since pulled the motor and rebuilt it. I used 12a irons and 13b housings. High comp rotors, 3mm "unbreakable" seals. I'm putting an old school cartech turbo kit on it with the original Schweitzer turbo.
The coupe is currently at the body shop awaiting some body work and fresh paint. I know most everyone loves the blue that it came with from factory, but my idea is to make it look like the grandpa of the FD by painting it black and putting in some nice tan interior.

one man and two Rx-4s? you suck!
nice projects. i hardly see sedans, so nice score with getting one for 6 bills.
the coupe should be a hot little number when all is done. nice score with the Cartech system. i haven't seen one of those for decades. do you plan to run an intercooler or leave it be?

I have not decided what direction to go with the sedan yet.. Was thinking possibly a scca car, but no solid plans.
Any recommendations or ideas are welcomed!

Yes search under my sn for the entire write-up on upgrade. Early toyota supra rear end is commonly used due to 4x114 bolt pattern, transfer the stock mounts. But be careful as most of the install i've seen are ****-eye, out approx 1" towards driver side, so a wheel spacer is used on the passenger side
