My Rx-4's got electrical/safety issues...

I recently got this '74 Rx-4, and it's got a few bugs. The horn rarely works, the seatbelts' locks don't work, so you can't even pull them out. Anybody know what I'm talking about?

2 piece or 3 piece seatbelt. For 2 piece, these are electrically controlled so if the wires are disconnected, it wont work. In addition, unbalanced installation can cause similar problem.

Unfortunately, I don't have pics, yet, but I did find out the horn's problem. Turns out the fuse to it was falling apart. As for the seatbelts, I need to know where the power comes from. Is it a fusible link, or is it just a sensor problem? They sort of work when they want to now...

I think I found out my seatbelt problem. Turns out it's the acceleration sensor that's shot. I can't get a new one, so is there anyone in Calgary who has parts like this? Don't know who money orders anymore, and online order is out of the question. The horn also still has issues. Aparrently, it only works when the ignition is locked, and the key is out.
