Is it the s5 turbo?
Maybe you can flip the manifold around and it will move the turbo forward and up a bit?
Might be possible...

 

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll look at that when get back to LA. That might be the way to go. And I guess if I did have to notch the frame further forward would be better. I guess I'd have to go to a FMIC setup if I'm going to relocate the turbo.
