lookin at purchasing this rx3

Ok a friend is sellin a rx3 rollin chassis, but it does have a roll cage, I believe datsun rearend, good pain, int, etc just no motor or tranny, I have the motor an tranny for it, but the deal is, 2k if I'd give him my 84 gsl, which has 2nd gen se hubs, datsun rear end, old school13b 4port with a holley 600, rb intake manifold, and pacesetter header.....so the ? Is, is it a good deal or should I offer him somethin like 1500-1700 cash and my 84?

rear 1/4 pan on the bottom, along the window edge in the rear and front, along the bottom of both doors and fenders are common places for rust

yes but you need a couple things also as the FB struts are shorter than a RX-3. It will sit very low like my RX-3.

I put FB struts in my 72 rx-2 and it doenst sit very low at all. Sits right at/above the wheel. I thought it would be a lot lower than what it is.

It doesnt seem like it due to the flares but it is too low. this is with FB struts (no knuckle spacer and stock 1/4" triangular strut tower shim), 15 x 9 and 15 x 10 epsilons (both 4.75 backspace) sitting on 205's.

RX-3 is going back to the shop for final painting (new trunk lid and spoiler). When I get it back, hopefully, the knuckle spacers and 1" strut tower spacer will be done. If that **** still no worky worky, I will run a 195 series and the last will 14" epsilons in front.
