Leaking turbo manifold?

Leaking turbo manifold?
My turboII smokes on a warm startup for about half a minute. The smoke is white indicating burnt coolant but there is no evidence of dissapearing coolant.
Could this be a turbo manifold leak or a failed snap ring in the turbo???
