Yeah,I'm doing some remodeling to my house and don't have extra cash for it now.Im listing it on craigslist for the next 2 weeks and if it doesn't sell I'm just gonna put it in storage till when I have time and money for it.right now I'm dumping cash on the house so the wife says no money for cars lol.

i know that feeling. my rx3 sat for nearly seven years due to house projects.

So I got the car to run all i need now is to put a fan thermo switch so the fan turns on around 190f.I gotta save now so I can register it and start driving it.here are some pics.

looking good there dave. i've been wanting to upgrade my ign to that setup as well. it's 2g coils right? u might also want to get the fb upper hose neck.

looks good, man. you've done a bang-up job cleaning and restoring it's health.

i've always had a thing for Rx-2s, but i must say, this is a new one for me. i haven't Rx-2s with the taillights you have.

Yeah I'm using 2g trailing coil housing with one T coil still on it and modified the 2g L coil so it can bolt onto that housing.car seems to rev up smoother and run better.

So i washed the car today because I got it registered and had to drive it to the DMV to get the vin verified.everything went good and car is rolling with proper tags.

We also bought another project 85 gsl-se.this car is going to get a s4 turbo block and trans,t62 ball bearing turbo,haltech ecu,etc.

Drove it around all day yesterday with no problems.car doesn't overheat,runs really smooth,accelerates good,I for the first time heard the red line buzzer lol didn't even know these cars had one.

So installed the 71-73 smaller rear bumper.I had to fabricate and weld some brackets but got it up and mounted.

The rear bumper is not perfectly straight because of a dent it has but its better than the big ugly bumpers.I'm going to install the front on monday hopefully.

Yeah the 74 bumpers were pretty hideous...what kind of bumper was on that yellow rx2 you built...I never saw that one before.

^till this day i dont know what kind of bumper the yellow car has but it actually looks pretty good on the 4 door.i seen a coupe for sale on craigslist in los angeles not so long ago that also had the same style rear bumpe but didnt look so well on it.

Installed the front smaller bumper.
Had to weld a bracket then primered it so it won't rust.
