Any ideas please let me know!

If you want to keep the RX3 front end you can concider the brakes at the following link

Thats my plan. Master cylinder upgrade candidate is from a 1993 Mazda 929, which has a 1" bore.
I'm in the process of building up my RX3 and have been able to replace the tie rod ends and ball joints and all the front bushings.
The RX7 strut conversion is common and gets away from the bolt pattern problem with the RX3. The 4X110 bolt pattern has limited options. The RX7 front end conversion helps with that, but there is a problem with camber that requires a camber plate fix.
It depends on what your plan is for the car!!
There is a lot of information on this site on the conversion. The search function works well!
