Ack! That rules! Must. Resist. Urge.

Ok I know the chassis is supposed to rock and all but wayyyyy out handles an FD?

Is that a properly tuned suspension FD with a sway bar? A lot of FDs these days, mine included are in bad need of new springs, bushings, ect ect....

Replacing all that stuff feels like a new car. Ugh, I need to drive an rx8 now.

I saw Max driving that RX-8 and it wasn't handling too well. Maybe it was Max's driving.

How long have you been driving?? Much less RX-7s? I have been driving RX-7s for almost 20 years. Anyone that has seen my car knows that it is not in need of mechanical repair. When something needs replacing, it gets replaced before it needs it.

Definition of flawless and perfection would have a picture of rxman720b's car next to it.

Whoa there cowboy, no one ever said it didn't...

Who cares how long I've had my rx7, everyone has to be a newbie sometime. Don't get all elitist just cuz you have like the best FD EVAR (joke... the elitist part, not the best fd part becuase that is a nice nice machine)

I watched a vid at steve kans house of an rx8 and rx7 on a course, and the rx8 totally outhandled the rx7, of course in the straight aways the rx7 had the upper hand, but i couldnt believe how fast the rx8 was going around the corners, made the rx7 look like a damn boat, it was really weird.

Just a friendly flame, hence the animation at the end!
I was just making a point that the RX-8 is one fine handling car. I didnt believe it until I drove it. I was in awe back in September when I saw the video of the RX-8 chasing the RX-7 on the road course in Japan when I was @ Mazda in Irvine.
Thanks for the kind words about my ride. I tend to like it a little bit!
The bit about how long have you had your RX-7 has to do with how much experience you have driving it. If you just bought it you probably don't really know the car very well yet. I have had my FD since I bought it brand new in July 1992. So I have experienced just about anything that you can do in an FD. It is like my second skin. I feel that I know the car inside and out. So I feel fairly confident that I can tell if a car handles better or not!

Well thats great! I didn't know that at the time, and so I was just checking. I'm excited about the return of the rotary. Considering how uber the FD is in the handling dept I'm really glad to know that the rx8 is even better. Gives me high hopes for the next rx7.

In 1992 I was 11 years old, so I didn't have an FD, I'm trying to play catch up though
