Hey Matt,
Listen, I do A LOT of Buying & Selling on E-Bay!! Can I give you some Advice?
Make sure you Take A Lot of Pics...Interior,Exterior,Motor etc...
Post as much info on the car as you possibly can!! I see so many people just put 1 Pic of the car & no Info. You know what they wound up getting? No Money!
The More Pics & Info you put up there..The more money you will get!!!
I wish you weren't so Friggn Far Far Away! I would definiteley Buy it!! I really want a Stock RX2!! I would even consider Trading mine for the right replacement!
Good Luck Bro!!!

Mark

right now i am taking offers, like i said soon it will go up on ebay if nobody is really interested. I have a 71 as well that i wold consider selling as well, I jsut want one and while i shold keep the one that is in better overall condition it happens to be the only one with a title so, thats that. But maybe i will put the 71 up on ebay instead. God damn i really need to figure this out. its jsut i need some money to pay off bills, and i am in the process of getting a car loan so i can have a dependable car. and life in general is jsut crazy. Jexx i am jsut rambeling so i will stop. PM me if you interested. M22

I have a set of those American Racing wheels in 14" I may want to sell. Bought them off another forum member in hopes of using them on my RX-2 but I ended up going with Panasport type wheels instead. I can find pics if interested, let me know.

I'm interested, Matt. I've got this week off and was gonna drive to Brooklyn for a RX-2 (From Georgia) but really can't swing a round-trip to Oregon. If you'd consider a commercial carrier, it's really the only way I could go. Does anyone know what that would cost or where to check?

Hey Bro!!

Here's a link for commercial shipping....http://www.dasautoshippers.com/

You know your better off going to U-haul & getting a Tow dolly it's a lot cheaper. So your bidding on The Purple Deuce also.Notice I didn't put a link to that car on here.I'm also bidding on it.I e-mailed the owner for specifics on what it needs to get it runnin but he wasn't very helpful with his response so I'm a little Nervous about dealing with someone that isn't very Forthright. But the car is Hot!! and if I do purchase it I'll be putting My 74 Deuce up For sale. But I will give everyone on this Board 1st shot 2 it before I list it on E-Bay.

Happy Holiday's

No, Mark, I absolutely did NOT bid on the purple deuce. The guy was way too sketchy. Had I gotten anything productive from him I would have considered it, but I've already got one car that needs more time than I can invest. The last thing I want is someone else's problems with a home-made (p-port) setup and no info from the owner as to why it doesn't run. If someone here wins it, I'd love to learn more about it, but I'm backing away.

I hear ya Dude! I bid up to 2900.00 but stopped.Even though the car is 1/2 hour from me I'm very skeptical. He had sent me an e-mail in response to my question about what it would take to get the car running but again I had my doubts. He said all the car needs is the Drive Shaft installed,hook-up the weber carbs & finish the wiring. Why wouldn't he just finish it up? Sound's like there's more to it.Besides why would you & I want to Part with Our Dogbone Deuces? How many of those do you see on E-bay or here for that matter? All you see in RX2's is the Round Tailight Deuces.Dogbones are gettin Scarce!!I do want those Mazdaspeed Seats he had though.I'm gonna look into those.I need Friggin Floor Pans Now!! I got 2 holes the size of a quarter on both sides of the car!Anyone got FloorPans??
Just bought a Dogbone Panel from someone in Aussieland! Waiting for it to arrive.
Hey Matt wanta part with some Floor Pans Bro?

Ciao For Now!

It's Always better to be ROTARY than PISTON!
