Found a RX2!!

So I found this yesterday, This guy found it sitting in a barn for god knows how many years..he wanted to restore it and then I asked him if he would sell it and he said 1200 its yours so...Looks like I will own a RX2 now any one know what year it is? he wasnt sure.

It a 74... It has the dog bone tail light and the huge front bumper.... Good luck with the build....

yea they are pretty ugly..wonder if the other "cleaner" bumpers work? lol

Thanks for all the feedback! It was pure freakin luck that I found it, down on the other side of town is a country store and it was parked behind the store with a box truck in front of it so at first I only could see very little of the car and figured it was an old toyota. I got a chance to run by the store the other day and figured I would walk back there and take a look and there it was. I think I about **** my pants when I saw it! I ran in the store and asked who owned it and the guy that runs the place spoke up and said he just pulled it out of a barn where it had sat for god knows how long..
Is RX2 parts easier than finding RX3 parts?

no parts are easy to find for these old cars.. at least if youre on anything that resembles a budget.

but if you do run across parts you need, dont dwell. jump on them fast or theyll be gone.

Chris, it has been years since I was there buy Leon's had a few rx2's but I dont know if they are still there.

Looks pretty complete to me, if parts go bad just have them rebuilt. Seems to be the route to take
