Hey John,

Tim here from Phoenix. Stopped over to Glenn's a few weeks ago before he received HIS '67 110S and took a few pics of your car before paint. I think that Glenn mentioned this morning that he's close to putting the chrome and other pieces back on your RX-2. PM me with your email info and I'll send you any pics that I may have of your RX-2 from the November/December timeframe.

Still haven't met you but Monte speaks highly of you. You guys in Idaho are lucky to have so many old schools (whether running or not) to work on. I'm jealous and hope that you and Monte tow a boatload of your cars to Sevenstock in September.

See you then!

I think the Law states you can't legally keep TWO cosmo's in one garage....... So in order to respect the law, send me the address of this GARAGE, and I'll come down this week-end with a car trailer to help you out of your situation.

no need to thank me, I know how lonely it must be guarding both those cars every night. I would have a hard time sleeping with just one of those cosmo's in my garage.

All I can really say is WOW!!!!!!!
Very nice.......

That RX2 is very inspiring also.......

WOW
WOW
WOW......

If I got a hold of a cosmo that needed to be restored I would have someone do the body work. Then I would take it to a fiberglass guy and have him make 2 full bodies and make a 3 rotor funnycar out of the fiberglass bodies. I would then keep the Cosmo completely original!

I think this has already been clarified, but I'm still seeing responses that indicate some confusion.

For the record:

Glenn = Home (i.e., garage) owner and owns one of the 2 Cosmo Sports pictured (His is the complete 1967 110S originally owned by Curtis Wright). The other Cosmo Sport undergoing a complete frame off restoration is owned by Pam and Paul K here in Phoenix. Glenn also owns the body shop that is doing the paint and restoration on John McBeth's ultra low mileage RX-2 (shown in front of Glenn's garage). John also owns a beautiful R100, which Glenn had no hand in restoring.

Sorry to be so ****, but it seemed like there was a lot of confusion over who owned what and so forth. For more on the Project 110S restoration, check out this thread:

A few new photos. Progress is made in small steps. Photo one shows the bumpers on and stainless around the side windows. The rear stainless still needs to be attached as well as the rocker mouldings and license plate holder. The emblems are on and repainted. Still waiting for the sidestripes to be painted. Decided on painting the stripes as opposed to tape stripes but I have seen both as well as paint over tape stripes. Have posted a shot of the interior which has NOT been redone but still looks good. Dash is cracked and the drivers seat need restiched and probably redyed. Anyone out here know if a seat can be rebuilt using the original seat vinyal. It is not worn but is discolored by the sun. The passenger seat and rear seat are like new but want everything to match. Any upolstery tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hey John. Looks real good so far. As for the seat, yes it can be done. PM TwinTurbo93, he did his seats successfully... Looks like new.

Looks great John. Speaking of seats, the ones from my "rat" RX-2 really need to be redone. I haven't looked into it much yet though.
