Carburetor restrictor plate on a Holley???

Carburetor restrictor plate on a Holley???
So have any of you guys ran a carb restrictor plate or thought about running one to help on the low end?
I'll be honest, I'm still getting used to carbs and for the price of this I'd be hesitant to try. If I could for sure only restrict the primary side then why not?
