carb jetting?

I have a 74 REPU with a 6 port motor, running a 45 side draft. Runs rich(black smoke), What size venturis and jets should I be using? I pulls good, It just dumps a cloud of black smoke every now and then....thanks for any help I you may give...

I cant say on the 45mm Weber as I have a 48. But here is a good instruction on how to go about tuning.
