I bought a 318 last week.I'm thinkin of doing a 13b swap.I'm thinkin I just need to get 13b motor mounts & have them custom fit,5spd tranny,Custom Driveshaft & should be good to go.Any thoughts?

Would you be using a mazda,or BMW 5 speed tranny?I wonder if the driveshaft tunnel is high enough for a rotary swap.I know the 318 is rear drive, and such, but I bet the crank shaft on a BMW 4/6 cylinder is down pretty low in the chassis as opposed to a rotary.Sounds like a sweat project though.Keep us updated on the progress with pics, and such.
