B&M Ripper Short Shifter
B&M Ripper Short Shifter
does anyone own a B&M shor throw shifter? i was just curious about how well they work because i just bought one on ebay for less than $100.00 i think thats a good price.
I dont personally have one(I have the Mazdaspeed one in my t2) buy my freind has the b&m in his 3rd gen which I have driven a bunch. It feels very good and tight. Feel exactly like my mazdaspeed on in the shifts. If I had a 3rd gen I would get one for the price and they work awsome.
I put a new B&M in my car this past weekend. Installation is very simple, and the instructions that come with the shifter are good. Took less than an hour, and the results are fantastic!
The throws are REAL short, and shifts are tight. I would occasionally miss 3rd on high RPM shifts, but I have yet to miss it with the new B&M.

i know where to find ones for a FC, like mazdatrix or something along those lines, i just dont care to shell out 250 for one. when i see one for 100 or so for a FD, i try my best to hold my tears in. =)
