Any FS around the NC area? Body would be great, not too interested in the engine, but if it comes with one thats good too.

Try this link http://www.mazdarepu.com. Not many come up for grabs but the ones in good shape that run seem to be anywhere from 3 ro 10K.

I didn't know you were interested in these things.

I was thinking of one as my next project but thats many months away for now.

Also the Ford Courier and Mazda 1600 from the same years is basically the same truck and you can use them for some parts. So far thats what I know.

I love the old REPU's. I was thinking of trading the 7 for one, or an older rotary... but I haven't quite made my mind up yet.

The early Rx4 are really cool looking.

The reason I was thinking of a REPU is my old Mazda Navajo (Ford Exploder) has grenaded its automatic twice now and the next time I'm giving it to the volunteer FF to practice cutting up with the jaws of life. Seriously. So I was thinking a REPU in good condition with some money thrown at it to make it more reliable and streetable could be my replacement truck for hauling stuff. Like I said its a ways off. I don't think I'll ever get rid of the 7.

Yeah, I would hate to get rid of the 7. All the time/money/sweat to get this thing running. It would be a hard toss up, but if the deal looks right to me, who knows.
