How's the car drive? Did you have to narrow the suspension at all, or did you make your own k-member and keep everything the same length? What about the steering? You notice any bumpsteer in the setup?

RX4/2nd gen

the front as been narrowed by 3 in to get the wheels in the fenders , alu a arms just wouldn't fit so I made my own the buishings are honda lower front forks so they will take the load real good , the rack tie rod ends where shortend by 1 1/2 in each and it took me some time to get the math rite , so there is no bump stree now it's a 4 luger but real soon the 5 lug with active suspension is going in here's a top vew of the rack

RX4/2nd gen

here's a pic a close up of a a arm the struts towers are slighted for and aft for caster and the spindl mounts are also slighted for camber and this came out of a 86 two guys got this from a car lot trashed the motor brought it to my shop becouse it wouldn't run any more # 2 had no comperssion and thy walked away the car lot wanted there car back but when they found out that it was dead they also walk ( I'm still waiting for that TII) so it became a doner the car now handlys better then ever (thoes of you know how poor a RX2,3,4 can be,I use to be a dealer tech) and it can STOP from a 100 real good I'm going to be working on more pics afew each day

Thanks for posting these man. It's really cool to see work like this done to these old cars...they deserve it.
