Go with the rotary man. Put a S5 turbo on it and port the wastegate, stand alone, and a few other goodies, and you will be putting more power to the wheels than a stock 350 could ever dream of. My first vehicle was a 1995 S10 with the 2.2L in it. They aren't a heavy truck by any means. They are actually really light. It'll be even lighter with that 13B in there. It should handle amazing too, where as with the 350 under the hood you would only go in a straight line.

One of my friends once tould me from the south, he had a s-10 with a LS engine in running twin turbos standalone all that good stuff. And there is a little tip he tould me about s-10 and why they sit so low to the ground... to me it seemed kinda odd but it makes sense.

for some reason after having the 13bconnected to trans and the 2.2 chevy with trans side by side it looks like the shifter hole needs to be moved back 8 inches or i'm gonna have to set the motor more forward dunno yet but tonight i'll be fitting the rx7 dash

just mod the shifter forward i moved my shifter 7 1/4" forward
i payed a machinest to do the work think i spent 60bucks
