13B-RE help

Does anyone know the list of MAJOR NECESSARY needs for getting a 13B-re going in a car that never came stock with one.
I have the facotry ecu and to use this I have heard alsorts of pro's and con's and really I don't think I have got anywhere as it has all been hear-say info.
Can it be done? Has it been done?
If I go stand alone computer which works best or is it a preference thing?
Do I have to lose the sequential turbo with a stand alone? How hard is it to run them as a twin non sequential?
Lots of questions I know but this is the place to ask I have been told.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have heard that it is pretty much imposiable to run it in sequential mode with a aftermarket ecu.. Not sure how hard it is to run non sequential.. although I'm sure you can find lots of stuff about non sequentials on the 3rd gen section.

Wow, cool project!!!! I'm currently putting the Cosmo RE into my TII, and as far as I know about the computer, everyone says to ditch it unless you are trying to keep the automatic tranny. You can set the turbos up to run non sequential, no standalone has the abilility to keep that feature. I personally like the haltech ecu's, but I've never really messed with anything else. We put a cosmo RE in a series 4 TurboII with the stock TII ecu and modified the turbos to be non-seq. and it still has lots of power and it was not all that difficult. I would say to go with the Haltech E6X. It's a nice setup.
