12a turbo or 13b turbo?

What would be the better value? Say I was building an RX-2 or RX-3. I definately want forced induction. So which would be better, and why? Which would be an easier swap (saying I was swapping in a JDM 12a instead of turboing the stock one)? I'm planning on doing this, and any help would be great.

This is not want you want to hear, but...

1st: Get your drivers license in a couple of years
2nd: Do a search and I bet you can find all the answers you need.
