0-60 9.5 seconds?
Is 0-60 in 9.5 seconds really what RX8 automatic can do? I mean it has 210 HP with 164 ft.lbs and 3000 lbs. It's all hooked up on 4-speed auto. Shouldn't 0-60 be in 7s or something?

Are you stoned at the moment?

A stock RX8, especially the Automatic, will run something more like 15's. 9's?

That's what mazda wrote in their RX8 book that many people that ordered RX8 received. And they said manual was 6.6 and automatic is 9.5 seconds.

Is he stoned? Only if your drunk and cant READ his post. He is talking about 0-60 mph times.

those are understated numbers. the manual has been tested at 5.9 by car&driver and r&t.

the auto is prolly around the high 7's to mid 8's

alot of auto companies like to understate their numbers

To get a good time, you usually need to do a hard launch, too... warranty doesn't like getting people trying to make fast 0-60 times with hard launches

hence let everything think they should be doing 9.5 in the car so then a slow *** start gets u a 9.5 n everything is normal:-D
