I am so confused why people don't do their own work. There is almost nothing that hasn't been done and documented by normal people for your 7. Grab a 10, 12, 14, 17, and a few other MM sockets and do EVERYTHING on your car. A lot cheaper than talking it to a shop, and you will learn something.

With that being said, I am getting my car tuned by Steve Kan, because tuning is important.... maybe people don't trust themselves mechanically? I don't know, I am seriously asking, is that why people take their cars to shops?

Not everyone is mechanically inclined
Not everyone can properly diagnose problems they have with their car
Not everyone has time to work on their own car

I do work on my own car, but I have most a lot of mistakes, and honestly these cars aren't very forgiving, I can see how a lot of people who aren't experience rather let a professional handle it, especially if they have never worked on it and they have problem thats a little advanced
