Got some more stuff ordered. Ordered an FPR, 1104 pcs weatherpack connector set, crimpers, stainless braided clutch line, FC to FB fuse box bracket, double alt pully, polyurethane dust boots for the steering linkage, and I finally have working windshield wipers for the first time. Now I just need a new radiator and a few other odds and ends.

Well not ALL today, but this past week.
Tokico Blue struts with Intrax springs. (Much softer than stock, and I LOVE the ride height!)
BBS Meshies, cleaned them up and did a bit of polishing on the lips.
Cut the front bumper for the headlights.
Washed the car TODAY and Rain-X'd the back and side windows.
I am VERY content with the car now. Now I just gotta save 100$ for my Corksport front lip, and how ever much else for skirts and rear bumper caps from em too. :-D

I put a nicely ported 12A in my FB today. Found out my clutch master died. Crappy rebuild kit had a plastic piston which must have absorbed brake fluid. It grips the bore so tightly it binds and won't come up. Ordered a rebuild kit from RockAuto which contains an aluminum piston!

I got new tires put on, I installed a new jdm steering wheel, Im getting the exhaust redone wendsday with 2.5 all the way back and a Dynomax sport muffler to finsh it off. I polished my wheels, I took out those horrible looking back seats and put in the stylish totes, and tonight im putting a million color L.E.D neon kit underneath. thats about it for me.

Replaced my O2 sensor with a Bosch unit. Lets hope it works. also replaced all my brake pads. Running PBR Ceramic in the front and Posi-Quiet Ceramic in the rear. Also found out I have to replace my rear caliper boots. Oh joy. might as well do all 4 calipers while I am at it.
Also cleaned the lip on my BBS meshies, now this way I will really see how "low dust" these pads really are.

did a drain and fill on my tranny with some Mobile 80X-90. And then when I got home I jacked the rear up and tightened my drive line bolts. They came loose some how. Hmmm. Maybe some blue or red lock tight will do.
Also found out that the little bushings on my rear LCA's are blown. every time that I lose traction on metal surfaces they make the toe change some how so I kinda go one way and the other.
Also found out that my rear caliper boots are torn. so im thinking of getting a reman caliper instead of rebuilding. cause fresh aluminum is sexier than old greasy stuff lol

yesterday i destroyed the brake line fitting and caliper on the front passenger side due to me not realizing that one of the hoses I bought from rockauto was not the correct part. Package had the right right part number, the length was identical to the original, and it appeared to be identical to the originals and the other one I ordered from Rockauto. Should have been a perfect fit, but apparently the thread pitch was wrong. unless the dealer happens to stock the hose and caliper on Monday, I'm SOL till I can get them in from another auto store.
Oh, so today I"m going to try and not brake the back fittings when I replace the deterioriating rear hose and if all goes well, I"m going to install the third brake light I scored from a Jetta... but that will be a different post.
