Trap shooters Portland?

Recently took up Trap shooting, for the Hell of it. Tried it once when I was 14 (22 years ago) and always wanted to get into the sport. I recently sold my Rotary Engine Illustrated web site and used part of the proceeds to buy an over/under trap shotgun. Now, I'm wondering if there are any other RX-7 owning Trap shooters in the Portland Area who might like to break some clay pigeons with me? I've been going to the Portland Gun Club on East 174th, between Powell and Foster, but I'd be interested in trying out some of the other clubs too (Hillsboro, Sherwood, Camas, etc). Much more fun to shoot with people you know, than with complete strangers. Also, if anyone wants to learn, you can come along and borrow my shotgun for a "trap" (one session of 25 shots). Cost is $5 per trap for non-members and ammo is about another $3.50, so it's not expensive...unless you get hooked. Don't know what it is, but firing a shotgun at moving targets in the air that blow up when you hit them is very addictive!

Yeah, I was thinking about trying them out. Another one that's down that way, but not quite as far, is the Tri County Gun Club in Sherwood. It's expensive to join, but looks realy nice. I believe they have some non-member shooting days too...it's hard to tell from their web site. BTW, what is it about trap shooting and crappy web sites? It's so hard to find info on these places. Some don't even list what days or hours they are open, presuming they even have a web site. Anyway, yes, let's get together to shoot. I'm going to PGC today, but maybe tomorrow or next Wednesday.
